Arnaud Baillot produces a spectacular range of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from some of the best appellations in Burgundy. Their recently completed state of the art winery is located in Beaune, the heart of the Côte d’Or. Owner and winemaker Arnaud is passionate about the diversity of wines the Burgundy region has to offer. He has teamed up with his wife Laure (granddaughter of Alain Noëllat of the famed Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat) to make small parcels of wine originating from select Village, Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards.

Arnaud is hands on all along the way, selecting the origin of the grapes, overseeing the winemaking process, choosing the type of barrels and ageing time for each individual wine. In 2017, Arnaud & Laure took the first step towards having their own estate produced wines acquiring a small vineyard in Côte de Beaune. 2022 saw the completion of their stunning new winemaking facility on the same site. They recently purchased a second vineyard in Meursault. Their philosophy is to respect and promote the complexity of the Burgundy wine region, producing terroir driven wines.
