Named in honour of Clare Valley pioneer K.H. ‘Mr Mick’ Knappstein, the range makes distinctive regional varieties affordable and approachable. The wines are fruit-driven, food-friendly and crafted by Tim Adams Wines.
Mr Mick was Tims Adams’ mentor, and Tim his last apprentice. Mr Mick instilled in Tim a passion for the industry which was all about making something somebody else could get enjoyment from much the same as an artist or sculptor. It is from this passion that Mr Mick Wines was born. Tim and wife Pam are now proud custodians of the landmark winery where Tim apprenticed under Mr Mick, and which now proudly bears his name.
