Eden Hall is a boutique winery owned by David and Mardi Hall in the picturesque Eden Valley, with 33 hectares under vine. The estate combines exceptional viticulture with a deep commitment to sustainability, earning recognition across the South Australian wine industry for its environmental leadership. Led by viticulturalist and fourth-generation Barossa grower Dan Falkenberg, Eden Hall operates off-grid using a large solar and battery system and focuses on building soil health and biodiversity. Native grasses are planted between vineyard rows, compost is produced on site, straw mulch is used to reduce water use, and sheep graze the vineyards in winter and spring to minimise emissions and soil compaction.
